Fabien Du Fraisse has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fabien began their career as the Marketing Manager at Unipath in 1994, where they worked until 1999. Fabien then held the position of Commercial Director at the BioIndustry Association from 2000 to 2002.
In 2004, Fabien founded their own company, fdufraisse ltd, where they served as the Owner. In this role, they advised small and medium-sized biotech companies on securing funding and business development opportunities. Fabien also worked with Beta Technology and DTI on strategies for securing UK participation in Thematic Programmes, offering guidance on launch programs, and providing counseling and recommendations for improvement.
From 2008 to 2010, Fabien worked at Quintiles as the Business Development Director for Phase I and Cardiac Safety, covering Europe, India, and South Africa. Fabien trained new personnel and provided internal training for other departments within the organization. Fabien had extensive knowledge of the pre-clinical and Phase I space in both small biotech and large pharma.
Subsequently, Fabien joined QPS in 2011 as the Senior Business Development Director, covering the UK. Fabien then moved to Banook Group in 2013, where they served as the Head of Marketing and Business Development for CardiaBase, a global cardiac safety and efficacy core lab.
Since 2015, Fabien has been working at Quanticate. Fabien started as the Senior Director of Business Development and later became the Senior Director of Account Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Account Management. Quanticate is the world's largest Global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), specializing in various data-related services in the field of clinical research.

Fabien Du Fraisse completed their Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Biochemistry from London University, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. Prior to attending London University, Fabien Du Fraisse attended Exeter School, an independent day school. Fabien also attended Hele's Grammar School for Boys, although the specific dates of attendance are unknown.
