Markus Dunkel

Markus Dunkel has seven years of work experience. Markus started working as an intern in Austro Control in July 2015 and later worked as an intern at UBIMET Group in June 2016 and Zlosch in March 2017. In July 2019, they worked for the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a winner of the ANSO Scholarship for Young Talents. Markus also served as a student assistant at GEOMAR Helmholtz-Zentrum für Ozeanforschung Kiel from October 2019 to July 2020. From March 2021 to October 2022, they worked as a Data Warehouse Consultant at Sphinx IT Consulting. Markus also worked as a Frontend Developer at Heylama in January 2023 and is currently working as a Frontend Developer at Quantics.io.

Markus Dunkel obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Vienna between 2012 and 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Climate Physics from Kiel University.
