Victor Qin

Victor Qin has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and engineering. Victor is currently employed at Quantifi Photonics as an Engineering Test and Validation Manager, where they focus on CI/CD delivery pipelines and stress/performance testing using Python. Prior to this, they worked at Invenco as a Software Tester and at Ping An Technology as a Senior Software Test and Analyst Engineer. Victor also held positions at Barnes & Noble as a Senior Software Tester, where they were responsible for designing and modifying testing tools and scripts, and at HP as an SW QA Engineer, where they worked on web-based applications. Victor began their career at Lenovo as an SW Developer, where they were involved in the preload process and research coordination.

Victor Qin obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Sunderland from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Information Technology from the University of Brighton from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Victor Qin holds certifications in ISTQB from the International Software Testing Qualification Board and ISTQB® Certified Tester – Foundation Level from iSQI GmbH.
