Bryan DeBono is a seasoned photonics expert currently serving as a Lead Photonics Scientist at Quantinuum and Honeywell Quantum Computing since 2021. Previously, Bryan held the role of Senior Application Engineer at Synopsys Inc from 2013 to 2021, where responsibilities included designing and simulating a variety of photonic and optoelectronic devices, as well as enhancing technical resources. Bryan started the academic journey at Columbia University, earning a PhD in Applied Physics while contributing to nuclear fusion energy research. Prior education was completed at the New College of Florida, where a Bachelor of Arts in Physics was obtained.
