Jiji Joy

Jiji Joy is an experienced recruitment professional currently pursuing studies at The University of Salford since September 2022. Jiji has held the position of Senior Recruitment Associate at Quantiphi since October 2020, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation, with expertise in working with ATS tools like Zwayam.
