Lester Monis

Lester Monis is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a strong background in leading strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Quantiphi since January 2022, Lester previously held similar roles at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech and Capgemini, where responsibilities included managing senior stakeholders and integrating learning functions. With a foundational career starting at NIIT, Lester has developed expertise in creating learning strategies, managing training budgets, and fostering organizational learning cultures. Lester holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Leadership from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a GNIIT in Computer Science from NIIT, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
