Saurav Ghosh is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in Data and Analytics, focusing on machine learning and artificial intelligence for the past decade. Currently, Saurav leads Global Delivery in Applied AI at Quantiphi, overseeing projects in contact center modernization, marketing analytics, and custom builds. Throughout the career, Saurav has successfully managed large-scale Data & Analytics initiatives across various domains, including Banking, Retail, and Insurance. Previously, Saurav held senior positions at firms such as Accenture, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and PwC Consulting, contributing to significant growth and performance development within these organizations. Saurav's educational background includes an Executive Program in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Science.
