Scott McMillan

Scott McMillan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in managing global human resources. Currently serving as an HR Consultant & Advisor at Quantiphi since December 2022, Scott previously co-founded Cedalion Talent and held various senior HR roles at Capgemini from July 1997 to March 2020, including Head of Global HR Services and Chief People Officer for North America. Scott's expertise encompasses designing and implementing HR Centers of Excellence with a focus on learning, recruitment, and compensation, alongside overseeing HR operations for a workforce of approximately 35,000 individuals. Scott holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
