João Guimarães currently serves as a Global Expert for Ingredients and Sustainability in Cosmetics & Personal Care at Quantis, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, João accumulated a decade of experience at L'Oréal, where positions included Cosmetic Ingredients Specialist and Cosmetic Ingredients Researcher, focusing on innovation partnerships and project management. João's earlier roles in R&D included Senior Hair Care Scientist and Hair Care Scientist, where responsibilities involved formulating innovative hair care products and managing comprehensive project stages.
