Stéphanie Johann

Stéphanie Johann is a Senior Project Manager - Sustainability at Quantis since August 2022, leveraging extensive experience in product development and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Stéphanie served as Head Of Products at Agricool, leading product roadmaps, rebranding projects, and consumer market analysis from June 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Stéphanie worked at L'Oréal from June 2015 to August 2019, holding roles as R&D Product Development Coordinator and Scientist, overseeing significant product renewals and innovations in hair care. Stéphanie's academic background includes dual Master's degrees in International Environmental Management from Tsinghua University and Mines Paris - PSL, and an engineering degree from Centrale Nantes, complemented by a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
