Heather Barclay

Heather Barclay is an accomplished operations manager currently serving at Quantitative Economic Solutions (QES), LLC since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing operational functions. Previously, Heather was the Vice President and COO at Ad Astra Inc. from 2010 to February 2015, where key achievements included creating and managing operations procedures for the company and transitioning it from a small to medium-sized corporation while overseeing a large staff and numerous contracts. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of General Language Services at Advanced Language Systems International from 2006 to 2010.
