Mikaylee O’Connor is a Vice President, Senior Defined Contribution Strategist for PGIM DC Solutions. Ms. O’Connor provides thought leadership to Defined Contribution plans on investment issues, plan design, investment structure and implementation, the implications of regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Ms. O’Connor supports PGIM’s development of DC thought leadership as well as innovative solutions to help plan participants accumulate the wealth needed for their retirement.
Prior to joining PGIM, Ms. O’Connor was the Head of Defined Contribution Solutions for RVK, Inc. where she led a team dedicated to the ongoing development of RVK’s DC practice. In this role, she advised a number of client relationships including corporate, multiple-employer, and public DC plans, working directly with them on developing investment policies, investment menu design, plan fee reviews, target-date fund evaluations, white-label fund implementation and trustee education. She was also responsible for conducting DC-specific research and developing thought leadership.
Ms. O’Connor is actively involved with several industry organizations, including the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), where she serves as a member of the executive committee, and the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators, Inc. (NAGDCA), where she previously served as the chair of the Benchmarking Committee. Ms. O’Connor earned her BA degree in finance from Portland State University.
