Randy Allen

Randy Allen is the Vice President of Mentor-Protege Programs. Mr. Allen is responsible for the management of corporate business activities associated with our Small Business relationships. He leads the company’s efforts toward fostering select small businesses in economic growth while enhancing their capabilities to perform as subcontractors and viable suppliers under DoD and other Federal Contracts. Mr. Allen had a 31-year civil service career where he served as a contracting officer and the chief of the PATRIOT and Comanche Major Items contracting offices in the Army’s AMCOM Acquisition Center. Mr. Allen also served as the Business Manager of AMRDEC’s Prototype Integration Facility (PIF). Mr. Allen holds a BS in Management and Procurement from the University of Alabama, Huntsville and a MS in Acquisition and Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
