Bryan Wigianto

Bryan Wigianto is a software engineer with extensive research experience and a strong academic background in Computational and Applied Mathematics and Economics, holding a Bachelor's degree from Rice University with a 3.9 GPA. Early in the career, Bryan served as a research intern at Rice University and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, focusing on mathematical modeling and data analysis, including the implementation of a damped wave equation for violin strings and simulations of ecological systems. Following internships at HomeAway.com as a Java Software Engineer Intern, Bryan developed applications to track performance metrics and created a health dashboard using JavaScript and jQuery. Currently, Bryan works at Quantlab Financial, LLC, while also having contributed as a data scientist at Big Data Energy Services, managing Smart Meter data and creating visualizations in R to analyze energy usage behavior.
