Irma Tsulaia

Irma Tsulaia is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate HR, academia, and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Quantori, they lead initiatives to enhance team performance and employee experience in a rapidly growing international IT environment. Irma has previously held managerial HR roles at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University and LTD "TVR Center of Georgia," where they developed and implemented HR strategies and policies. Additionally, they are a part-time lecturer in HR and a freelancer providing strategic HR consulting to tech startups and SMEs. Irma holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Rome Business School and an MBA in Business Administration from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
