Quantova is a post-quantum Layer 1 protocol and execution infrastructure designed for deterministic, long term secure distributed systems.

At the core of the network is QVM (Quantova Virtual Machine), a natively post-quantum execution environment engineered to integrate cryptographic enforcement directly into execution semantics, state transition, and network interaction. Unlike conventional architectures that inherit classical cryptographic assumptions, Quantova operates without dependence on legacy signing paths or externally assumed verification models.

The protocol incorporates lattice based cryptographic verification, deterministic execution accounting, SHA-3 domain separated state integrity, and governed execution policy at the protocol layer itself. Cryptographic validation is enforced as part of execution correctness rather than treated as a peripheral precondition.

Quantova also introduces PQR (Post-Quantum Remote Procedure Calls), extending post-quantum enforcement beyond the virtual machine into network communication and infrastructure interfaces. This allows clients, validators, services, and applications to operate under a coherent post-quantum execution model.

The architecture is designed for developers, institutions, infrastructure operators, and long-lifecycle digital systems requiring auditable execution, governed security evolution, and deterministic consensus behavior under evolving computational conditions.

Quantova treats cryptography as an execution constraint rather than an application level dependency.
