David Hsu

David Hsu has extensive work experience in the financial sector. From 1996 to 2000, they worked at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President, where they were responsible for foreign exchange market and commodities research and analysis, fixed income market and commodities research and analysis, and equity market analysis and investment operations consulting services. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at FB BK as a Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for head of treasury and capital department, corporate loan and credit business development and management, and bank guarantee businesses control and management. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Misys as an Asia Pacific Senior Consultant and Pre Sale, where they were responsible for reviewing and ensuring the completion of financial statements and reports on time, analyzing business performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement opportunities, and providing guidance and coaching to team members regarding performance management. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at iSoftStone Financial Business Intelligence Division as a Chief Financial Business Consultant, where they were responsible for managing monthly rolling estimates, operating and strategic financial plans, reviewing day-to-day operations including general ledger, AR, AP, cash and treasury management, and reviewing and suggesting business issues from a finance point of view. Finally, from 2017 to the present, they have worked at QuantRisk Corp. as an SVP, where they are responsible for department management and cross-department coordination, capital budgeting, capital operation, and overall control, as well as reviewing the financial statements and reviewing the company's operations and budget execution status.

David Hsu holds an MBA in Finance from NSYSU and a Bachelor in Economics from NTU. David also has a certification in Learning Microsoft Project from LinkedIn, obtained in December 2021.
