Shifaalii Surani

Shifaalii Surani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, Shifaalii worked at Vodafone as a Trainer and predictive team member, where they trained new recruits and successfully retained a high percentage of customers. They then joined Prudential Process Management Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a Process Leader, managing operations and ensuring team efficiency. In 2008, Shifaalii moved to Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where they took on the roles of Assistant Manager for Training/Content Development and Team Manager for Sales. They were responsible for content development, training material, and the development of Advisor Connect. In 2010, Shifaalii worked at RBL Bank as a Senior Manager, focusing on repositioning the bank's image and overseeing customer communication and brand revamp. After that, they joined Scrabble, an executive search firm, as a Business Partner, providing customized hiring solutions. Currently, Shifaalii is working at Quantsapp as the Business Head for B2B, leading the development of Option Analytics and trading algorithms.

Shifaalii Surani completed a Bachelor of Science degree in an unspecified field of study from R.D. National College, University of Mumbai, Maharashtra in 1997. Later, Shifaalii pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship (ETW) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, completing it in 2014.
