Dan Wenzel

Daniel Wenzel currently serves as a Partner and Director of Recruiting at Quantum Talent Group, where the focus is on building venture capital-backed SaaS, AI, and Web3 startups from Seed to IPO. Prior to this role, Daniel held multiple positions at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, culminating as a Senior Managing Consultant, achieving the distinction of being the #1 producer in fiscal year 2022 with over $2.5 million in gross margin within six months. Daniel’s earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Account Manager at Insight Global, where management of a team of over 50 contributed to a top 10 ranking in company revenue and metrics. Notably, Daniel received the prestigious "President's Award" in 2015 and has been recognized three times in the President’s Club. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Wake Forest University Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, with a minor in English, from Wake Forest University. Additionally, Daniel was part of the USA U17 Men's National Soccer Team at IMG Academy.
