Matthew Brow

Matthew Brow currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at Quantum, a firm specializing in building VC-backed AI, SaaS, and Web 3 startups from Seed through IPO since May 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Integrity Power Search from January 2022 to May 2025, including Senior Director of Talent and Director of Talent. Matthew's career also includes significant experience at TEKsystems from June 2016 to January 2022, where roles spanned Division Lead for Digital Workplace Services, Account Manager for Dynamic Workplace Services, and Technical Recruiter for End User Services. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdepartmental Studies with a Business Focus from the University of Iowa, where studies took place from August 2011 to May 2015.
