Taylor Guthrie

Taylor Guthrie is an experienced professional in the recruiting and executive search industry, currently serving as a Partner at Quantum since February 2024, specializing in developing VC-backed AI, SaaS, and Web 3 startups from Seed to IPO. Prior to this role, Taylor held the position of Managing Director at Daversa Partners from 2013 to January 2024, where contributions were integral to building executive teams for growth and venture-backed companies across a global network of offices.
