Quantum Alliance builds the founders, researchers, and allied partnerships securing the critical minerals, energy infrastructure, and supply chains that the AI economy and national security both depend on.

The physical layer beneath modern technology is talent-starved, disconnected, and controlled by a handful of nations. Policy frameworks describe what needs to happen. We build who makes it happen.

We do this through Q-Fellows — a selective fellowship hosted at Harvard Innovation Labs (Summer, 2026) developing the next generation of founders and researchers working on the hardest problems in the physical economy — through convenings that bring governments, industry, and allied nations to the table around specific, solvable problems, and through partnerships that build institutional relationships across the US and allied nations that translate shared frameworks into shared action.

Q-fellows: Backed by Eric and Wendy Schmidt, Harvard Salata Institute, Stanford Mineral-X, XPRIZE, Common Mission Project, and Xfund.

Based in Cambridge, MA. Founded by Harvard and MIT alumni.

"Every hard problem in the world is waiting for one person who won't look away from it."
