Deonte' Peterson

Deonte' Peterson has a background in IT support. Deonte' began their career in 2015 as a SITA IT Field Technician at Essintial Enterprise Solutions, where they provided support to a variety of technical issues, including desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and software, as well as network troubleshooting. Deonte' also consulted and instructed users on hardware and software questions/issues, collaborated with other IT Services Data Center and Network Infrastructure teams, ran diagnostic tests, and responded to telephone calls, emails, service tickets, and dispatched requests for technical support. In 2016, they moved to Quantum Aviation Solutions, Inc. as a Support Engineer.

Deonte' Peterson attended Gwinnett Technical College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a CCNA Certificate in the field of Cisco Networking Academy.
