Erica Yu is the Founder and CEO of Quantum Beauty and the Founder of RATIONALE 艺述. Erica is also the Co-Founder of SUNTECH.AI and the President of Women Entrepreneurs in China, a community that inspires female leaders in the business arena. Erica has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an Assistant President | Investment and Funding Manager at BUYINT, a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Morgen Evan Advisory Services, Ltd., and an Associate at MSLGROUP. Erica holds a PhD in International/Global Studies from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from Durham University.

Quantum Beauty (QB) is a high-tech beauty brand that originated from a desire to create a product that was different from conventional beauty devices. Conventional beauty devices were limited in their function as skincare tools. QB sought to incorporate more technological capabilities to help people understand their skin, identify their needs, and match them with personalized solutions, entering the era of high-tech beauty and skincare. Since its inception, the QB team has continued to pursue and respect technology, driven by the meaning of "Quantum" as a symbol of breakthrough. In 2019, the team established QB LAB® - an international, comprehensive anti-aging R&D laboratory led by Quantum Beauty, intending to bring together global experts from diverse fields to promote technological breakthroughs and create sustainable anti-aging solutions. As of now, QB LAB® has assembled R&D teams in bio-, physical- and chemical technologies, precision machinery and microelectronics, cell molecular and genetic engineering, automation, and artificial intelligence, consisting of over 100 distinguished scientists and technical experts from around the world, all working towards the birth of the next generation of disruptive products.
