Shaun Delorez

Shaun Delorez has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Shaun began their career in 2001 in the United States Marine Corps, where they served in various positions related to Cyber/InfoSystems. During this time, they designed, installed, and maintained tactical data networks and served as an Information Assurance Manager. From 2011 to 2013, Shaun worked as the IT Support Center Watch Manager, overseeing all aspects of information technology for the Marine Corps Forces in Europe.

In 2013, Shaun joined Mayfield College as a Computer/Network Support Instructor. During their tenure, they instructed students on CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and repair, and customer support techniques.

In 2017, Shaun joined ITcares as an IT Systems Administrator, providing support and analyzing the performance of IT systems. Shaun delivered technology solutions and implemented best practices for the company's clients.

From 2018 to 2022, Shaun worked at Racemark International as a Global IT Manager. Shaun was responsible for operational and strategic planning, project management, and resource allocation. Shaun also maintained and upgraded the company's computers, servers, firewalls, and network connections. Shaun collaborated with external partners to ensure project completion within budget and time constraints.

Currently, Shaun is a Global IT Manager at Quantum Brilliance, where they began working in September 2022.

Shaun Delorez has a Master of Science degree in IT Management from Western Governors University, which was completed in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology - Network Management from Colorado Technical University in 2019. In addition, Shaun holds several certifications, including German Language B1 from Telc obtained in October 2019, Cisco IT Essentials Instructor-Trainer from Cisco obtained in May 2015, CCNA Instructor-Trainer from Cisco obtained in February 2015, Security + from CompTia obtained in October 2010, and CCNA Routing & Switching from Cisco obtained in July 2013.
