Richard Susmarski

Richard Susmarski has a diverse background in various printing and engraving roles, with experience ranging from screen printing to brass embossing die sculpting. Currently, Richard serves as the Director of Order Management Systems at Quantum Group/RGC Communications, where Richard leads an account management team for multiple ordering portals and web-to-print sites. Prior to this, Richard worked at Aloma Printing as a Flexographic/Conventional/Digital Pre-press specialist and at E.C. Schultz & Co., Redeen Engraving as a Journeyman Engraver. Richard also has experience as a Screen Printer at Applied Graphic Technologies. Richard has completed an apprenticeship in engraving and has pursued additional education in Graphic Design/Communications.
