Andrew Allan

Andrew Allan is a Co-Founder and Director of Quantum Commodity Intelligence, an independent information provider based in London, established in May 2021 with the mission of democratizing data. Prior to this, Allan held various significant roles including Editorial Director at Fastmarkets, and Co-founder/Director at Census Commodity Data, where a focus on price and policy transparency in agricultural and renewable energy markets was emphasized. Experience also includes leadership positions at S&P Global Platts as Global Editorial Director for LNG and EMEA Director of European power and gas, along with a tenure at Thomson Reuters and the Financial Times Business. Allan holds a Master’s Degree in Global Climate and Energy Policy from SOAS University of London and an LLB Hons in Law from Lancaster University.
