Shahar Graf

Shahar Graf has extensive experience in the startup ecosystem and event management. Shahar co-founded Capital House Agency in 2020, which supports purpose-driven founders and organizations through connecting them with knowledge and networks for growth. Prior to that, they were the co-director of Amsterdam Capital House, an annual event that supports the growth of entrepreneurs. Shahar also has experience in freelance project management, where they focused on bringing order to chaotic startup projects. Shahar Graf has worked on community-driven initiatives like PHX and organized TEDxWhiteCity, an annual event that brought together leaders in Israel's innovation landscape. Additionally, they have experience in startup and investor relations, as well as connecting startups with international VC investors. Shahar has worked in various roles at organizations like WeWork and The Bengis Center for Entrepreneurship & Hi-Tech Management, where they focused on community events, partnerships, marketing, and event production. Currently, Shahar Graf is the House of Quantum Lead at Quantum Delta NL, where they are building a national ecosystem to foster collaboration and innovation in quantum technology.

Shahar Graf completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, Shahar obtained certifications in Computer System Management from the Israel Defense Forces and Main Frame Operations from John Bryce in 2010. Later, Shahar pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration (MScBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Amsterdam from 2015 to 2016.
