Dolly Bakhsh, PHR

Dolly Bakhsh, PHR has worked in the Human Resources field since 2004. Dolly began their career at IAP Worldwide Services as an HR Manager and Logistics Manager in Kuwait and Iraq. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Senior Account Executive (Recruiter) at MRI Network. In 2009, they became an HR Manager in Iraq for Al Morrell Development. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an HR Consultant at Granite City Diner. From 2013 to 2015, they were the HR Director in Iraq for SOS International LLC. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Program Human Resources Manager in Kuwait and Qatar for AECOM. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Director of Human Resources for Core Production & Core Property Resources. Lastly, from 2020 to 2022, they were an HR Manager for Amentum. Currently, they are the Human Resources Manager for Quantum Dynamics, Inc., where they are responsible for managing the HR Department, ensuring proper administration of overall HR functions, and ensuring the application of HR policies in employee relations, wage and salary administration, training, AAP/EEO, safety, employee benefits, and more.

Dolly Bakhsh holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from GND University and a Non-Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Centennial College for Applied Arts & Technology. Dolly also holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute, which they obtained in November 2020.
