Dheeraj Verma

D is President of Quantum Energy Partners and a member of Quantum’s Executive and Investment Committees. He is involved in the setting of the firm’s strategy and is responsible for originating and overseeing investments in the oil and gas upstream, midstream, oilfield service and power generation sectors.

Prior to joining Quantum, D was a senior member of J.P. Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York. During his tenure there, he advised domestic and foreign clients on over forty announced transactions with over $200 billion of enterprise value. During his career at JPMorgan, he was active in working with a wide range of large and small corporations, board special committees, management teams, private equity and infrastructure funds, and entrepreneurs on value enhancing strategies and transactions. D has a B.A./B.S. in Mathematics and Finance from Ithaca College and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
