Jaroslav Dobos

Jaroslav Dobos has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Jaroslav is currently working as a Senior System Engineer at Quantum Energy Technologies since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Vertex Downhole from 2020 to 2021.

From 2011 to 2019, Jaroslav worked at Schlumberger in various roles. As a Product Manager, they provided cross-functional leadership and drove technology prioritization for the global product portfolio. Jaroslav also transformed the operations technology group to be data-driven, resulting in improvements in customer satisfaction, product reliability, and cost of service delivery. As an Engineering Manager, they led a multidisciplinary engineering team, set goals and directions, and acquired industry-best talent.

Before Schlumberger, Jaroslav worked at Extreme Engineering from 2005 to 2011. Jaroslav served as a Project Manager, managing key projects that led to significant improvements in throughput, manpower reduction, yield, and quality. Jaroslav also held the role of Electrical Engineering Manager, where they provided mentoring and technical guidance to the electrical team and drove standardization in design and testing.

Prior to Extreme Engineering, Jaroslav worked at sae-control a.s. as an Electrical Engineer, designing embedded systems for automation and developing a remote telemetry unit that could send data and alarms through mobile text messages.

Jaroslav'searliest experience was at Mototrans, where they worked as a Product Test Engineer, conducting full system testing and driving design changes for reliability improvements in a robotic car wash system.

Jaroslav Dobos attended CCIS but did not earn a degree from there. Jaroslav later enrolled at the University of Zilina in Slovakia, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Automation.
