Jawad Alsadah

Jawad Alsadah has a diverse work experience. Jawad started their career in 2009 as a Professional Photographer and Photo Retoucher at Focus Point Studio. Then, in 2010, they worked as a Downhole Mechanical Technician at Halliburton, where they performed assembly, maintenance, and repairs on down-hole tools and equipment. In 2010, they also worked as a Professional Photographer and Photo Retoucher at Professional Photographer EST, where they photographed special events and worked with various clients.

Alsadah then moved on to the University of Houston in 2016, where they took on multiple roles. Jawad worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Team Lead, leading a team of engineers and inventing a laboratory testing apparatus. Jawad also served as an Upper-Division Course Teaching Assistant, providing academic support, grading assignments, and developing technical guides.

In 2017, Alsadah joined Shell as a Directional Drilling Support Engineer. In this role, they monitored drilling performance and conducted failure analysis to improve future drilling operations. Jawad also engaged with service companies and vendors to identify opportunities for design development, reliability improvement, and cost reduction.

Jawad'smost recent position was as a Mechanical Engineer at Quantum Energy Technologies starting in 2019, where they developed 3D parts, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks. Jawad also conducted testing and created engineering reports for prototype assemblies and equipment.

Jawad Alsadah's education history begins with an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Technology obtained from Jubail Industrial College between 2007 and 2010. Subsequently, Jawad earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston between 2015 and 2017.
