Charles Beto

Charles Beto has extensive experience in financial leadership roles. Charles currently serves as the Group CFO at Quantum Fuel Systems LLC, where they are involved in the development and production of innovative vehicle solutions for CNG and Hydrogen fuel storage. Previously, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at KSR International Inc., where they successfully implemented a value creation plan that generated significant shareholder value and improved financial performance. Beto also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Agrati, Inc., leading the company through a successful sale process and implementing working capital improvements. Additionally, they held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Agrati, Inc., where they developed and executed an operational recovery plan. Prior to that, Beto was the Chief Financial Officer at Rockford Products, LLC and MacLean Fogg Component Solutions. Charles began their career as the Vice President of Finance at Lifeline Scientific, Inc. and Manager of Finance & Accounting at Unimed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Throughout their career, Beto has demonstrated expertise in financial management, value creation, operational improvement, and strategic planning.

Charles Beto obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University from 1988 to 1990. Following that, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed between 2006 and 2008.
