Ashley Underwood

Ashley Underwood has extensive experience in management and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Quality and Member Experience Programs at Quantum Health since October 2019. Ashley previously held several positions at Quantum Health, including Member Experience Program Manager and Assistant Pod Manager. Prior to this, Ashley worked as Corporate Store Sales Leader at Justice and held various management roles at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, Gap Inc./Old Navy, and dELiA*s, where Ashley progressed from Assistant Sales Manager to District Sales Manager. Ashley graduated from Worthington Kilbourne High School with a high school diploma in 2005.
