David Luby

David Luby is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in client experience and account management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Quantum Health since March 2019, David leads the client experience team in developing innovative strategies for healthcare benefits solutions. Prior to this, David held various significant roles at UnitedHealthcare from February 2005 to April 2018, including Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development for growth and retention in Central Ohio, as well as improving market positioning. As Director of Account Management, David revitalized customer persistency and health plan profitability, managing substantial revenue and membership. David's career commenced at UnitedHealthcare of New Jersey Inc., where roles included Director of Account Management and Account Executive, consistently achieving top performance in sales. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
