Holly Tinnerello

Holly Tinnerello has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Holly currently works as a Clinical Team Lead at Quantum Health. Prior to that, they were the Director and Owner of Health 4U at Shaklee Corporation starting in 2010.

Holly's previous experience includes various roles at OhioHealth. From 2017 to 2021, they served as an Administrative Nurse Manager for the Emergency Services department, overseeing daily operations and quality processes for a 96-bed emergency department. Holly also managed a team of 220 associates and led unit-based projects in support of process excellence.

Before that, Holly was the Administrative Nurse Manager for the Medical Observation Unit, where they developed and implemented staffing models and oversaw unit-based construction. Holly also mentored and coached three new Clinical Nurse Managers.

Holly's previous experience at OhioHealth also includes roles as a Clinical Nurse Manager for Orthopedics, where they balanced workloads and provided managerial support, as well as roles as a Staff RN, Charge RN, Preceptor, and Patient Care Assistant/Unit Clerk in the Orthopedics department.

Holly Tinnerello obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Capital University from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers from LinkedIn in 2021.
