Mitch Newman has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Pod Manager at Quantum Health since August 2018, with previous roles including Assistant POD Manager, Customer Service Team Lead, Claims Specialist, and Patient Service Representative. Prior experience includes working as a Setup Coordinator at Madison Tent Rental and as a Cashier at Kaiser's Barbeque.
