Shannon Skaggs

Shannon Skaggs is the President at Quantum Health, where they have held various leadership roles since December 2005. Prior to joining Quantum Health, Shannon was the Web Design and Development Manager at Central SBS. They graduated from Ashland University in 2004 with a BS in Computer Art and Graphics Programming.
