William J. Kirwin

William J. Kirwin, MBA, currently serves as the Procurement Manager at Quantum Health since July 2020, focusing on enhancing procurement processes and developing sourcing strategies to support business objectives. Prior to this role, Kirwin held the position of Manager of Contracts & Procurement at the Columbus Regional Airport Authority from June 2011 to February 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing contract policies and supervising department personnel.
