Laura L. Strunk

Ms. Strunk brings over ten years of corporate legal experience to the Quantum team. She began her legal career in the New York City office of Vinson & Elkins LLP, specializing in capital markets and M&A. She then moved in house, beginning at NuStar Energy as Corporate Counsel, followed by USA Compression Partners as Associate General Counsel and Atlas Technical Consultants as Chief Legal Officer. She has extensive experience in corporate governance, securities compliance, debt and equity financing transactions, M&A, ethics and compliance, commercial contracts and corporate secretarial functions. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
