Valeria Naumenkova

Valeria Naumenkova is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in acquisitions, transaction management, and consulting. Currently on leave from Quantum Immobilien AG, where Valeria serves as Geschäftsführer, a role held since October 2021, prior experience includes leading sourcing and acquisitions at QUEST INVESTMENT PARTNERS from September 2018 to October 2021. Valeria's notable tenure as Senior Consultant in Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2015 to September 2018 involved advising investors on commercial real estate transactions in Berlin and Eastern Germany. Valeria founded Nauval Ltd, a cement brokerage, serving as CEO from July 2008 to December 2014. Early career experience includes roles at Merrill Lynch and Hines Germany in real estate finance and sales.
