Joe Parr II

Joe Parr II has extensive experience in various roles in the IT industry. Joe is currently working as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Quantum IT Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Centre Technologies as a Tier 2 Support Consultant in the Cloud Team from March 2022 to May 2023.

Before that, they were a Remote Support Engineer at Abacus Group from August 2021 to March 2022. From February 2014 to August 2021, they held the position of Backup and Disaster Recovery Manager at The 20 MSP. Joe also worked at Roland Technology Group as a Manager of Backup and Disaster Recovery from February 2015 to February 2021, and previously as a Tier 2 Technical Services Engineer in 2014. Joe began their career as a PC Technician at Apex CCTV in April 2010, and also had a role as a Systems Coordinator at JCPenney from February 1997 to December 2008, where they gained extensive experience in data administration, hardware and software support, and installation for Windows environments.

Joe Parr II attended the University of North Texas from 1995 to 1997. During this time, they studied Journalism and PC Tech. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree in these fields.
