Chirag Khandelwal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2023, they worked as a Business Development Trainee at Quantum IT Innovation and as an Event Coordinator for Mumbai Indians. Prior to that, in 2023, they served as a Sports Operations Intern at ExtraMile Engage, where they managed the overall operations of an event. In 2022, Chirag founded and served as the CEO of InNeed Foundation, focusing on social improvement through sports and games. Chirag also worked as a Marketing Management Trainee for Yuva Premier League at NASM Institute, where they handled the sponsorship department. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Management Trainee at INBL. Chirag's work experience also includes a role as a Sales Business Development professional at Zenix Computers, where they successfully identified and pursued new business opportunities. Lastly, they worked as a Facilities Logistics Coordinator at A Khandelia and Associates (Hindustan Unilever Limited), collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Chirag Khandelwal has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University, Kolkata, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Chirag then pursued a BMS Hons. in Sports Management from B. K. Birla College (Autonomous), Kalyan, from 2022 to 2025.

Additionally, Chirag has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In April 2023, they completed the Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) Virtual Experience Program offered by JPMorgan Chase & Co. In March 2023, they obtained certifications in Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS from Great Learning, On-premise Sales Virtual Experience Program from Red Bull, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. In January 2023, they also co-authored a publication with Rosewood Publication.
