Mickey Konson

Mickey Konson is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Financial Technologies since October 2023 and as an Advisor at the Harvard Business School Rock Center for Entrepreneurship since November 2022. Prior to these roles, Mickey served as Senior Advisor at 2nd Order Solutions from February to October 2023 and co-founded StreetShares, where a significant contribution involved leading the company as President from October 2013 until its acquisition by MeridianLink in November 2022. Mickey's extensive background also includes a tenure as Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking at Capital One Financial from June 2001 to September 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing P&L management and leading merger and acquisition initiatives. Earlier experience includes consulting as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from January 1998 to May 2000, aiding in business growth and strategy for international clients.
