Stephanie McLarty

Stephanie McLarty started their career in 2006 at CTAR Corp, where they served as the Chief Catalyst, Client Relations & CSR. Stephanie helped companies manage their obsolete and excess technology and provided environmental reports on responsible e-waste management. In 2010, Stephanie founded REfficient Inc., a marketplace for sustainable Telecom, A/V, and IT equipment. Stephanie served as the CEO of REfficient until its acquisition by Quantum Lifecycle in January 2022. In 2020, Stephanie became a Business Mentor & Community Champion at Wealth of Family, where they empowered moms to build values-based businesses. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Head of Sustainability at Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP, overseeing their IT asset disposition and electronics recycling operations.

Stephanie McLarty attended McMaster University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in the field of Arts & Science. After that, they pursued further education at the University of Innsbruck in Austria from 2005 to 2007, earning a Master's degree in Peace & Conflict Transformation.
