Gytis Umantas currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Novian Rwanda and the President of Quantum Lithuania, playing a pivotal role in the advancement of GovTech and quantum technologies. With over 20 years of experience, Gytis holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Zissor AS and is a Management Board Member at Novian Eesti, contributing to strategic planning and management of company operations. As CEO of Novian Technologies, Gytis leads a global IT integrator, overseeing critical IT infrastructure services and promoting business continuity and process efficiency. Gytis has held various leadership roles in the IT and business sectors, including Board Member at Positor and Director at Novian, showcasing a strong background in financial management, human resources, and strategic oversight. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas and BMI Executive Institute, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilnius University Business School.
