Algorithm Engineer at Quantum Machines

Roi Abir has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Roi began their career as a Chief CRR (Climbing, Rappelling and Rescue) Instructor for the Israel Defense Forces, where they had direct responsibility for the training of 25 CRR guides and was responsible for training IDF special units in maneuvering across height barriers, as well as leading the development of complex rope systems and tactical rigging equipment. In 2020, they moved to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem as a Research Assistant, and in 2021 they began working as an Algorithm Engineer for Quantum Machines.

Roi Abir attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science.
