Eric Irwin

Eric Irwin is a highly experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and platform development. Currently, Eric serves as Senior Director of Engineering at Quantum Metric, overseeing teams in Developer Experience, Site Reliability Engineering, and Platform Quality Engineering. Eric has also co-founded Swoop Golf and previously held leadership roles, such as Lead Site Reliability Engineer at CommercialTribe, where efficiency and reliability were enhanced to over 99.99%. Other notable experiences include implementing an event-driven architecture at Carvana and engineering a mobile vending platform as Co-Founder and CTO at Swerve. Eric's technical expertise encompasses a range of technologies, including C#, Go, and AWS, supported by a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and a Master’s degree from Arizona State University.
