Project and Operations Team

The Project and Operations Team at Quantum ensures the seamless execution and delivery of data science and software engineering projects. Led by the Director of Operations, the team—including Delivery Managers, a Project Manager, and a Business Analyst—oversees project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to drive successful outcomes and operational efficiency across Quantum's global and R&D centers.
