Rachel Gordon Hassell is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources / Credentialing / Compliance at Quantum Radiology since February 2020. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Business Management, and Human Resources from Jacksonville State University, Rachel has held various HR roles in different companies, showcasing expertise in managing HR operations, employee files, attendance policies, and regulatory compliance. Prior to their current role, Rachel has worked in HR positions at Quantum Physician Services, NPC South, Inc., Floor & Decor, Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing, Inc., Carterville Medical Center, and Eagle Equipment Company. Throughout their career, Rachel has excelled in managing employee processing, personnel files, training schedules, and employee events while also serving on various committees within the organizations Rachel worked for.
